Acer Aspire One Mini Laptop Netbook with Intel Atom N270 processor 160GB hard drive??? occasional use?
Do not know nothing about laptops. I would like to get some really expensive to play with them. Does anyone know anthing one above? Ive found one for 250 is good buy? What will all you can do something? And where would I be limited? Sorry a million questions:) Thanks you for your advice!
I have a version of Linux, 160 GB hard without disk (I have two 8GB SD cards as a hard disk) for occasional use perfectly, my Linux machine started in 15 seconds and is wirelessly connected to the network 40. The only disadvantage is that it has no CD drive so that no musical CDs while you work, but you can buy an external one if you that work. If you mean by random use, you want to make some to surf, chat, email and a little more light word processing and electronic tables, than this is exactly what its intended for. Its very small, but fine for typing and not so large to cart around a large laptop (I found a big bag of washing pound shop that fits My AAO, mouse, headset, power supply and rescue USB stick, but not greater than Hardback Book) Never I had a problem with my Linux machine rendering Web pages, so if this is a problem will be caused by windows, not of Acer.
